Wooohooo! You guys rock the bongos! Full court press to the end - awesome to see you knock that last trek out. I shot the guys here at Logic (www.logicpd.com) the info on the race and now you all have a company of nerds living vicariously through your escapades.

Thanks for the pic compilation Mary. Hopefully can eventually get shots from the head cam…

You’ve inspired me to use my bike for more than a bra rack.
Really, i’m gonna start riding, real soon, anyday now, i feel it.
Listen, when you get back we all need to get together and work on those scripts/videos. Klondike contest deadline coming up and we could win big. Now there’s a painless competition. And it won’t even require me and Mare to ride our bikes.

I’m still adding pics to the gallery as I find them, so keep checking back. I was nervous when I saw you listed as short coursed, but I assumed that it was a computer error since it sure looks like you have powered through everything. Just think, as it looks like XC will be one of the last in that have done the full course - that means that you will have spent the most time out there enjoying the beauty that Montana offers. You should be crossing the finish line in a few hours. I’ll be up watching and cheering. So who’s up for PQ BC 09??? Mary~

yah! Way to go team. Wrap it up now with another fine bike ride. Dig in and go!

E. Heidi says I’m going to get my butt kicked over this, but since we’ve been receiving such wonderful updates from your side, I figure you should hear about the rigors this spectator has gone through in this difficult race. To keep going through the late nights (10pm) clicking the refresh button, I’ve cleaned off 2 Rhubarb-SourCream pies, 2 delicious Coffee Cakes, at least 3 dozen Hot-Out-Of-The-Oven Cookies, 1 tasty Berry Pie and 2 dozen ideal Over-Sized Pumpkin Muffins. And I think I still lost weight from all of the anxiety of that darn Spot mapping caused; could give a fella like me a coronary!

But no matter, the Lower Yough awaits us. Sorry I didn’t make it out there, but life prevented it. Anyway will see you in a few days… bring your river gear if you can on the plane.

Hey Suz, what a great race for you guys. It has been great watching your progress over these last ten days. Congratulations on finishing the race. I expect you will finish while I am sleeping. The first time I watched the video I missed that you were the one crying after the waterboard section - Now you know what I feel like after working out with you!! Just kidding. Hang in there and see ya soon at the gym!!!
